How the UEMSA Contract Acquisition Program Works

The UEMSA Contract Acquisition Program pays a commission to people who introduce properties and businesses that need security. If a contract you brought in is finalized and paid, you earn between 5 and 20 percent, depending on your volume and performance.

Who it suits

The program fits people who already talk to property owners and decision makers in South Florida, for example:

Property managers and community association managers

Vendors who serve HOAs, plazas, warehouses and apartment communities

You do not provide the security. UEMSA, a licensed Florida security agency (license B3400483), delivers the service.

How it works

Apply. Tell us about your background, the territories you can cover and your experience generating business. Sign in or create an account to submit the application.
Get approved. The UEMSA team reviews your application and follows up.
Introduce opportunities. Refer properties and businesses that need security in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach.
Track and get paid. Your referrals and commissions are tracked in your partner dashboard. Payouts recur on paid contracts.

How commission works

The rate is 5 to 20 percent, based on volume and performance.
Commission applies only to contracts that are finalized and paid.
Payouts recur while the contract is being paid.

That means an introduction that does not turn into a paid contract does not earn commission. It also means an ongoing contract can keep paying.

What makes a good referral

The easiest service to introduce is shared patrol, because the price is clear and the commitment is modest: plans run from $500 to $2,500 a month for 1 to 5 patrol visits a week. A property that has had break-ins in its parking lot, an HOA board asking about patrol, or a plaza owner unhappy with after-hours loitering are all worth a conversation. Coverage is subject to territory availability, staffing and approval.
